CREW Foundation proudly presents CREW CareersTM: Building Opportunities | |
| The CREW Austin Chapter of CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women) is reaching out to local teenage girls across North America through an interactive program called CREW CareersTM . This program is designed to introduce young women to the career opportunities available in the commercial real estate industry. CREW CareersTM is a program developed by CREW Foundation, the philanthropic arm of CREW Network. The program's long-term goal is to affect change in the commercial real estate industry, which has historically favored men.
During the CREW CareersTM program, girls from Girl Scouts Lone Star Council will join local leading businesswomen to learn the skill sets needed to succeed in what is considered a male-dominated profession. Participants will learn what it takes to develop, sell and manage a commercial real estate project from CREW members who are brokers, appraisers, lawyers, interior designers, property managers, and other professionals.
